Chester Elvin Brumbaugh, 76, of Hares Valley Road, Mapleton, PA, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 at J. C. Blair Memorial Hospital, Huntingdon, PA.
Born May 4, 1939 in Clay Twp., Huntingdon Co. PA, he was a son of the late Elvin & Lorna (Cohenour) Brumbaugh. He was united in marriage to the former Carma J. Querry on December 31, 1960. They were married for 54 years. Mrs. Brumbaugh survives at their home.
Mr. Brumbaugh's oldest son Douglas L. Brumbaugh passed away on February 21st, 2017, wife Sharon resides in Mapleton Depot. Chester is survived by a daughter, Rebecca L. Rudy and her husband Terry of Petersburg, PA, Mr. Brumbaugh's two sons are Corey L. Brumbaugh and his wife Terri of Huntingdon, PA and Wesley E. Brumbaugh and his wife Jennifer of Orbisonia, PA.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Megan Thompson, Eric Brumbaugh, Shannon Brumbaugh, Cody Rudy, Carly Rudy, Coryna Muckenfuss, Cheyanne Watson, Alona Querns, Gavin Brumbaugh.
