Your Questions About Preserving Memories, Answered
Our 2x2 inch anodized, exterior grade, personalized plaques are $99 each. All plaques come with the Basic Package, which has free photo storage of up to 10 photos and an optional uploadable video from YouTube. The Premium Package is the cost of the plaque plus $39.99/yr for photo storage of up to 50 photos. The Elite Package is $79.99/yr for up to 100 photos. Our two subscription based models allow users to upload videos straight from their phone as well.
Our website will automatically revert your memorial pages to the Basic Package, which means we will only be able to save the first 10 photos you uploaded.
Yes, the photos you choose will be made public. Anyone who scans your loved one’s unique memorial QRC will be able to view the images, videos, obituary, genealogy, and tributes.
Yes, anyone can leave a tribute, but they have to enter their name and email address to do so. We require email address to "weed" out spam. You, the memorial page creator, will be able to view, delete, or react to (heart) their tribute.
We offer a lifetime guarantee on our Forever Memories plaques. Send us an email at support@forevermemoriesqr.com if your plaque is ever compromised. We will send you a replacement for free. No questions asked!
The adhesive is ultra thin and extremely durable. It can withstand extreme temperatures (up to 176 degrees Fahrenheit). Please use caution when lining up and applying the adhesive to the headstone. It can not be adjusted once it is in place.
You will be able to download your personalized memorial QRC after checkout. This can be used in the funeral pamphlet if you wish, or you can share it with loved ones so they can leave tributes. The physical product will be shipped USPS and arrive to you in a timely manner.
Yes. After you place your order, you will create a profile with email login and password. You can login any time (even years down the road) to add or delete any information that you wish. To receive your QRC, you MUST create a memorial page for your unique QRC to generate.
